Compress by BitrateDirectly set the output bitrate; lower values result in smaller files

320 kbpsNear lossless, larger file size
192-256 kbpsHigh quality, suitable for music collection
128 kbpsStandard quality, good for everyday listening

32-48 kbpsLow quality, only suitable for voice calls

Compression Tips:

Choosing mono channel and lower sample rate for voice content can significantly reduce file size
Opus format offers the best sound quality at low bitrates
MP3 format has the best compatibility, supported by almost all devices
Lossless formats (WAV/FLAC) converted to lossy formats achieve the highest compression

Note:Compression is a lossy process; it's recommended to keep a backup of the original file. Compressing already compressed files will further degrade audio quality.
