When "Auto-fit Image Size" is selected, each image will create a PDF page matching its dimensions. When a fixed paper size is chosen, all images will be adjusted to a uniform page size. For images with similar sizes, fixed paper size is recommended; for images with varying sizes, auto-fit mode works best.
